Unit 11 How can drama be used as a tool to assist with mental health issues in society Statics: Statistics show 1 in 10 students suffer from mental health.Throughout the years,there has been a huge increase by 55% on students suffering anxiety and stress. Exams,body image issues and family breakdowns contribute to these mental health factors. UNIT 10 Skill Audit Through out  the past year I felt like I’ve developed a wide variety of  skills which will contribute to my future acting career ; Teamwork : I personally feel like my team work skills have increased significantly. Team work is crucial in drama as it allows you to work as an  ensemble .  Drama is a communal art therefore each person is  necessary  to the  whole. When  working as a team   we   was able to   work through   problems  together .  By exchanging ideas with my Peers and then combining it into one,  this   required   us   to work as a team and interact with  each  other   . It gives everyone the opportunity to speak and deliver equally. Working with a variety of different people (attending workshops which other students were also  attending )  , helped me to understand the value of teamwork .
